The Cottman Man Blog Goes Live!

Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care, the nationwide transmission and auto repair brand that services almost any make or model vehicle, foreign or domestic, launched a car care blog this month.

“The Cottman Man Blog” will feature tips to keep your car running smoothly and safely, transmission related articles, and profiles on Cottman franchisees throughout the nation.

“Interaction with our customers has always been at the core of our customer service philosophy,” said Derik Beck, Vice President of Digital Marketing for Cottman.  “The blog is just another way to provide important information to the public about servicing their vehicle, but on a broader basis using today’s technology.”

Posts will be syndicated on Cottman’s digital assets including the company’s LinkedIn page, Google+ listings, Facebook (both national and local pages), and the local Cottman center websites so our customers can find this information across the digital landscape.

Calling it “The Cottman Man Blog” meshes with a branding campaign started last July that puts the iconic Cottman Man at the forefront of the chain’s marketing efforts.  For more than five decades, motorists throughout the U.S. have been encouraged to trust “The Cottman Man” for a full range of automotive care.

The blog has a range of articles already posted and additional posts will be added on a monthly basis.
