It's amazing how many people don't think about their air conditioning until it gets hot or their heater until it gets cold. Then they panic trying to have them repaired in a hurry. It's a good idea to have the air conditioning checked in late March or early April and the heater checked in the middle of September. This way when you need either system you will know it is operating at it's peak efficiency.
