WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about 1/15/09 under the supervision of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES: (1) One Grand Prize: A trip for four (4) to Los Angeles, CA for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Prize consists of round trip air transportation (coach) for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's home to Los Angeles, CA, hotel accommodations at The Roosevelt Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, CA (a family style room accommodations) for four (4) days/three (3) nights including breakfast for 4, a rental car for four (4) days, four (4) passes to the Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles, CA, four (4) tickets to a show at the Samuel Oschin Planetarium at the Griffith Observatory and $100 towards lunch at the Café at the End of the Universe at the Griffith Observatory. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $5,000.00. The Grand Prize winner must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the winner and their guests' responsibility. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via e-mail, over-night courier and/or U.S. Mail within two (2) weeks of prize drawing. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal, Publicity Release within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
PRIZE TRESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without further notice.
